Hi I’m Michele Redmond, a Dietitian Nutritionist and French-trained chef who helps people make easy, delicious and nutritious meals, even on busy days.
I also call myself a Food Enjoyment Activist because messages on healthy eating don’t always respect your unique needs or what and how you like to eat.
I believe you deserve food and eating experiences:
- that don’t involve willpower to eat well,
- where you eat foods you enjoy without self-doubt, and
- you feel great and confident in your health.
This workshop is one of the ways I help people improve their health and well-being in simple and fun ways.
You’ll also receive periodic tips on eating well, even when busy. I respect your privacy, you can unsubscribe at any time.
