Hi I’m Michele Redmond, a Dietitian Nutritionist and French-trained chef who helps people make easy, delicious and nutritious meals, even on busy days.

I also call myself a Food Enjoyment Activist because messages on healthy eating don’t always respect your unique needs or what and how you like to eat.

I believe you deserve food and eating experiences:

  • that don’t involve willpower to eat well,
  • where you eat foods you enjoy without self-doubt, and
  • you feel great and confident in your health.

This class is one of the fun ways I get to help people who want to improve their health and their well-being in simple and actionable ways.
