Meet Your Chef Guide

Hi I’m Michele Redmond, a Dietitian Nutritionist and French-trained chef who understands the reality of busy days. When life gets hectic, I’m a practical, low-key home cook.

I also call myself a Food Enjoyment Activist because we all deserve good health without stressful mealtimes. Let’s meet health goals AND enjoy eating well in ways that save time and make mealtimes easier on time-starved days.

I have taught culinary nutrition in universities, medical schools, corporations and the Cordon Bleu in Paris, but I do improv comedy for fun, so classes are a mix of learning and laughter.
