The Better “Fast” Foods Program helps health-conscious people learn ways to simplify meal prep with common ingredients and enjoy flavorful, nutrient-rich meals on busy days and is taught via Chef Michele’s teaching kitchen virtually or in-person.

The “Habits for Eating Well On the Go” is a live or virtual training program to help busy professionals leverage new and existing habits and healthy behaviors to meet their goals, feel in charge of their day and be more productive, even on time-starved days.
