As a health-conscious person, you want to be more confident about your health and in charge of your mealtimes with easy ways to make delicious, nutrient-rich food.
This course is to help smart people reduce time-stress and doubt around food and eating well, even on busy workdays. It is designed to:
- be flexible to any level of cooking or food prep experience;
- provide evidenced-based nutrition that supports
- share recipes flexible to ingredient swaps;
- show new ways to make meal prep easier;
- remind you to give yourself a break when possible around food and meal prep; and,
- simplify decision making around what’s best for your health.
This course may not be for you if you’re looking for meal short-cuts (hacks) that include restricting a lot of ingredients. This course is flexible for a variety of eating styles but follows a flexitarian omnivore model of eating that is mostly about getting a lot more plants on the plate and making them delicious.
This course also isn’t designed for weight loss. However, the focus on a more diverse and nutrient-plant-rich diet creates high-satiety that supports weight loss or weight balance.

Each core topic includes multiple short lessons, interactive assessments and videos. The initial course launch includes four 90-minute live virtual workshops where Michele answers your questions, brainstorms with you, shows some low-key tips and cooking demos and ensures the course lessons to be most useful to you.
