Make it from scratch, fast and delicious

We’ll make fresh pasta from scratch two ways and turn it into several flavorful fast Italian-style stove-top pasta dishes. Pasta is a simple, quick, inexpensive and delicious food that is easy to make from scratch. Fresh pasta also delivers killer textures not available from packaged, dried pasta. In this party-style class, we’ll pair some wines with some quick Mediterranean inspired sauces that are veggie-heavy and low-stress meal–only two dishes for clean-up!
