The Better “Fast” Foods Program helps people meet their health goals using common ingredients and easy meal prep for flavorful, nutritious meals on busy days and is taught via Chef Michele’s teaching kitchen virtually or in-person.

The “Habits for Eating Well On the Go” is a live or virtual training program to help busy professionals leverage new and existing habits and healthy behaviors to meet their goals, feel in charge of their day and be more productive, even on time-starved days. 

Protein-Rich Breakfasts for Busy Days

Join Michele in her Teaching Kitchen for two workshops to start your year off with better protein options at breakfast to fuel your day, meet your specific protein needs and improve health and satiety to manage calories.

The sessions include a personalized protein assessment, coaching and individualized follow-up between sessions.

You’ll learn about no-and-low cook protein-rich breakfasts options and preparing double-duty breakfasts for dinner or lunch.

You’ll sample and taste convenience foods and meals that deliver protein, fiber, and flavor—even on your busiest mornings.
