    Michele Redmond Registered Dietitian

Hi I’m Michele Redmond, a Dietitian Nutritionist and French-trained chef, but on busy days, I’m a low-key home cook.

I also call myself a Food Enjoyment Activist because people deserve good health without stress at mealtimes. Too often we’re exposed to food being about rules and willpower and are at risk for turning eating, a self-care act (one that can be fun), into a self-improvement project.

Instead, I help people meet their health goals and enjoy eating well in ways that simplify choices, save time and make mealtimes easier on time-starved days.

This course is one of the ways I work on helping busy people create habits and actions that improve their health and well-being.
